Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Transportation/Industrial Engineering/Management
- Have Minimum 2 year experience in related field
- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Logistic system (WMS, TMS, SAP)
- Outgoing person, honest, hard worker, and fast learner
- Discipline, team player
- Good networking and negotiation skill
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Good leadership and responsive
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
Responsibilities:
- Plan the delivery of goods according to the sales order and ensure that the transport vendor obtains a loading order to deliver the goods to the destination according to plan
- Tracking the actual product position sent by the transporter vendor so that it can be received by the dealer’s warehouse/branch office as planned
- Ensure that the product has been unloaded at the destination warehouse (branch office warehouse or vendor warehouse)
- Monitor the process of transporting goods through the system
- Make a monthly report on the delivery of goods
