Lowongan Kerja Telemarketing Recruitment and Training Specialist Jakarta

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Telemarketing Recruitment and Training Specialist to recruit telemarketing personnel through various channels and assist new employees with onboarding and training. This role will work directly with our telemarketing team to ensure we recruit top talent and provide excellent training support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit telemarketing personnel through various channels, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and contacting candidates by phone.
2. Schedule and arrange interviews, receive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
3. Issue job offers and handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for new employees.
4. Conduct basic training for new telemarketing employees to ensure they quickly master job skills.
5. Continuously monitor the training progress and adaptation of new employees, providing timely assistance and support.
6. Collaborate closely with the telemarketing team to understand staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
2. Experience in human resources recruitment, especially in telemarketing recruitment, is preferred.
3. Familiar with the recruitment process and various recruitment channels, strong resume screening, and interview skills.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to complete tasks under pressure.
6. Proficient in using office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
7. Fluent in English, as this position requires communication with colleagues in Singapore, the USA, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience as a recruitment specialist in telemarketing.
2. Experience in telemarketing training.
