We’re on the hunt for experienced Sales Manager in Jakarta. This is a sales position with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing to grow existing customers’ portfolio. You play a critical role in driving KATTA Indonesia growth and revenue by continuously bringing in new clients. Your ability to identify and convert leads into customers is an asset for KATTA Indonesia.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by KATTA Indonesia.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers. This involves researching industries, markets, and leads to find new prospects.
- Actively seek out and generate leads through various means such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new Leads to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to secure repeat business.
- Strong analyst Competitor Pricing While managers and business owners shouldn’t track competitors’ every move, being aware of their pricing can help create a competitive strategy.
- Monitoring product demos allows you to assess the effectiveness of your teams’ sales presentations, understand conversion rates, and evaluate the efficiency of the sales process
- Close ratio measures how efficiently a salesperson or team is closing deals based on the leads they’ve worked. This metric works in conjunction with system touches to help quantify the effectiveness of your sales team’s outreach strategy.
- Monitoring Sales Revenue and Sales Growth Rate
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in KATTA Indonesia, such as operations and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fields.
- 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong Interior Design and Architect
- Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of Furniture Industry.
- Effective verbal and written communications in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other brands.
- Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure.
