OPERATION ADMINISTRATION (Kualanamu Airport- Medan)
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Assis the management of daily operational activities
- Collaboration with Logistic team, Finance, HR related to administration report.
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle Airport Pass application
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Preparing and Manage Shop/Office supplies
- Monitoring and managing staff Time Keeping, Absenteeism, Leave, Staff Overtime, identifying actions to be taken and ensuring policies are followed.
- Input the stock transfer order (STO) in the SAP system
Specific Requirements
- Good command of English.
- Understanding of basic retail concepts.
- MS. Office and familiar with SAP
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Desirable: At least 2 Year(s) of shop work experience in Retail / Duty Free
- Excelled in Excel is a must, VLOOKUP , Pivot table, etc.
