Job Specification:
- Assist HR departments and managers directly
- Maintain and organize employee documents such as personal information and employment contracts
- Updating HR databases such as personal documents as well as new and old employee data
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including Admin Office job as needed
- Answer employee questions about individuals or HR-related matters
- Familiar with BPJS System application and others
- Help resolve problems that occur in the office internally coordination with HR Manager
- Assist HR managers to manage and administer department budgets
- Participate in projects carried out by the HR Dept and Office Manager
- Helping additional other task needed by Company
