About The Company:
- The working venue is in Bogor.
- Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Executive Secretary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Arrange and prepare transportation, accommodation and other executive needs.
- Assist executives in coordinating with various parties.
- Prepare memos, files, presentation for executives.
- Liaise to overseas group company.
- Do ad hoc duties as needed.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Conversational Mandarin is a MUST and Business English proficiency (fluent in writing, speaking).
- Minimum 10 years as Secretary or Personal Assistant for expat Executive level position, experienced in coordinating with external parties, doing administration, correspondence and arrangements, doing interpreting/translating of English & Mandarin.
- Maximum 42 years old.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication, good coordinating skill, good time management skill, meticulous, able to multitask, fast paced.
