Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in any major or related field
• Experience in the event field is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required for events
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills

Job Description:

•  Propose budgets, event concepts, and shopping programs for annual events
•  Confirm approval of the event, event organizer, artists, and participating tenants to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare reports and analyses of events that have taken place, including budget realization, promotional ads, and event photo documentation
• Create a detailed event rundown and ensuring the event runs on schedule smoothly
