Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of at least 100 workers, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect and monitor electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and address issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Oversee procurement and ensure proper utilization of electrical materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and skillsets.
- Ensure compliance with all technical and operational specifications in electrical projects.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrical supervisor or similar role.
Certifications:
- Indonesian Construction Services Development Board (LPJK) certification in Electrical Classification, Level 7.
- Young Expert Competency Certification in the field of Electrical Engineering (BNSP).
Skills:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a workforce of at least 100 individuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
