PT. Trimitra Putra Mandiri merupakan bagian dari TPM Group berdiri sejak Januari 2014 di Jakarta, saat ini TPM Group membawahi 5 perusahaan dengan bisnis strategis antara lain : Facility and Mangement Service, Logistic, Technology, IT Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage electrical projects, specifically in data center construction, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Lead project planning sessions, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk analysis.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
4. Supervise on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Monitor project performance and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
6. Resolve any project issues or obstacles efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions.
7. Ensure quality control and compliance with local and international electrical engineering standards.
8. Manage procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
9. Train and mentor junior staff involved in the project.
10. Maintain proper documentation of all project activities for audit and future references.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project management, particularly in data center construction.

Certifications:

• Certified by the Indonesian Construction Services Development Board (LPJK).
• Certified by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and compliance standards.
