Initially set up to provide mass produce paper based packages for the beverages to food industries, it was only until 2007 when the Lamipak brand formally came into existence and was granted funding to construct a manufacturing facility dedicated to aseptic packaging. Since then, Lamipak has evolved over the past decade to become one of the leaders in providing aseptic packaging solutions where its products and services are used in over 50 different countries around the globe.
R&D Engineer – Trial Sample
Responsibility:
- Prepare customer trial samples and review the sample application forms submitted by the sales department to ensure all information is accurate.
- Based on the information provided by sales, select the appropriate product specifications.
- Communicate with business assistants to determine the sampling time and ensure that customer requirements are met promptly. Prepare the sample stock list according to the required quantity.
- Register in the sample dispatch record, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the records.
- Track customer trial results in real-time and promptly obtain customer feedback. Collect, organize, and archive client test reports.
- Manage the sample inventory effectively, ensuring its quantity remains within reasonable limits. Replenish any lacking samples in stock promptly.
- Dispose of expired samples following the established procedures.
- Maintain close communication with the sales, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of the sample warehouse to ensure that stock data matches reality.
- Provide technical support to customers and answer queries related to the samples.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Polymer Materials, Printing, or Paper-making related majors.
- Experience in the liquid food or packaging materials industry is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle the demands of different departments and customers.
- Possess some data analysis skills, able to make preliminary analyses and arrangements of customer feedback.
- Customer-oriented mindset, emphasizing customer experience.
- English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.
