Job Descriptions
- Residential communication: serve as the main contact for residential inquires, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate cleaning (for landscape & cluster area) and maintenance requests with repairing team & customer service team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Manage residents database and all documents to filling in Estate Management system
- Monitoring dashboard Estate Management system in daily to prepare regular reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Management, Finance, or Accounting major
- Minimum 2years experience in Customer Service / Estate Management / Property Management / Building Management / Services Department related
- Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic personality with passion for service excellence
- Good communication in English
- Strong skill in Ms. Office (excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
